FCS-N1/2A4P-AP8X-H1141 Turck Flow Sensors

Turck FCS-N1/2A4P-AP8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for flow monitoring, featuring a PBT housing, stainless steel 316Ti wetted parts, and a stainless steel 303 connector. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and has a current consumption of 100mA / 0.1A. This sensor offers IP67 protection and has a response time of 2-15 seconds during startup and 1-15 seconds during normal operation. It includes 1 x digital output (20-30Vdc; PNP) and has a rectangular body shape. The control circuit is rated at 400mA / 0.4 A, with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. It can monitor flow rates of 5cm/s to 1.5m/s in water and 10cm/s to 3m/s in oil. Additional features include an instrumentation insertion probe flow monitor sensor/switch with a potentiometer, part of the FCS series. It comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/2" NPT threaded male process port. The sensor can withstand pressures up to 100bar (1450psi) and has a supply voltage range of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nom.). It is designed to monitor medium temperatures ranging from -20°C to +80°C.
