FCS-GL1/2A2P-AP8X-H1141/A Turck Flow Sensors

Turck FCS-GL1/2A2P-AP8X-H1141/A is a sensor designed for flow monitoring in gaseous media, featuring a PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) housing and a 1.4305 (303) stainless steel probe. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and a medium temperature range of -10°C to +70°C. This sensor has a current consumption of 80mA / 0.08A and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. It is equipped with a single digital output (20-30Vdc; PNP) and has a control circuit rated current of 200mA / 0.2A. The response time ranges from 20-40 seconds at startup to 1-5 seconds during normal operation. It features protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. The flow detection range is from 50cm/s to 30m/s in air, and it is designed with a rectangular body. This model is part of the FCS series and is specifically designed for instrumentation insertion probe flow monitor sensor/switch applications with a potentiometer function. It comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/2" (1/2" BSPP) threaded male process port. The sensor can withstand pressures up to 30bar (435psi) and requires a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nom.).
