FCS-G1/2A4-NA-H1141 Turck Flow Sensors

Turck FCS-G1/2A4-NA-H1141 is a sensor designed for flow monitoring, featuring a 1.4571 (316Ti) stainless steel housing and wetted parts for durability. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +80°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensor has a rectangular body shape and requires a remote amplifier for functionality. It is pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/2" (1/2" BSPP) threaded male process port for connectivity. The FCS-G1/2A4-NA-H1141 is capable of detecting flow rates ranging from 1cm/s to 1.5m/s in water and 3cm/s to 3m/s in oil, with a response time of 2-15 seconds at startup and 1-13 seconds during normal operation. It is designed to withstand pressures up to 100bar (1450psi) and medium temperatures ranging from -25°C to +80°C.
