Turck FCS-G1/2A4-AP8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for flow monitoring, featuring a 1.4571 (316Ti) stainless steel housing and wetted parts for durability. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +80°C and consumes 70mA / 0.07A of current. This sensor offers IP67 protection and has a response time of 2-15 seconds during startup and 1-15 seconds during normal operation. It includes 1 x digital output (20-30Vdc; PNP) and is capable of handling a control circuit rated current of 400mA / 0.4 A. The FCS-G1/2A4-AP8X-H1141 provides protection against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity, and can monitor flow rates of 1cm/s to 1.5m/s in water and 3cm/s to 3m/s in oil. It functions as an instrumentation insertion probe flow monitor sensor/switch with a potentiometer, belonging to the FCS series. The sensor comes with a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/2" (1/2" BSPP) threaded male process port. It is designed to withstand pressures up to 100bar (1450psi) and operates with a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nom.). The medium temperature range for this sensor is -20°C to +80°C.
