FCS-64A4-AP8X-H1141/D014 Turck Flow Sensors

Turck FCS-64A4-AP8X-H1141/D014 is a sensor designed for flow monitoring, featuring a 1.4571 (316Ti) stainless steel housing and wetted parts for durability. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +80°C and consumes 70mA of current. This sensor offers IP67 protection and has a response time of 2-15 seconds during startup and 1-15 seconds in normal operation. It includes one digital output (20-30Vdc; PNP) and is capable of handling a control circuit rated current of 400mA. The FCS-64A4-AP8X-H1141/D014 provides protection against short-circuits (pulsed) and reverse polarity. It is designed to monitor flow rates of 1cm/s to 1.5m/s in water and 3cm/s to 3m/s in oil. This model is part of the FCS series and comes with a 1-1/2" tri-clamp adapter, a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector, and a 2" tri-clamp process port for easy installation. It can withstand pressures up to 100bar (1450psi) and is suitable for medium temperatures ranging from 0°C to +80°C. The supply voltage requirement is 19.2-28.8Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc.
