FCS-50A4-AP8X-H1141/D014 Turck Flow Sensors

Turck FCS-50A4-AP8X-H1141/D014 is a sensor designed for flow monitoring, featuring a 1.4571 (316Ti) stainless steel housing and wetted parts for durability. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +80°C and consumes 70mA / 0.07A of current. This sensor offers IP67 protection and has a response time of 2-15 seconds during startup and 1-15 seconds during normal operation. It includes 1 digital output (20-30Vdc; PNP) and is capable of handling a control circuit rated current of 400mA / 0.4 A. The sensor is equipped with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. It can monitor flow rates from 1cm/s to 1.5m/s in water and 3cm/s to 3m/s in oil. The FCS-50A4-AP8X-H1141/D014 features a rectangular body with a 1-1/2" tri-clamp adapter design, and it connects via a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1-1/2" (1.5") tri-clamp connection port. It operates under pressures up to 100bar (1450psi) and can be used with media temperatures ranging from 0°C to +80°C. The supply voltage required is 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nom.).
