Turck BLCEN-16M8LT-8XSG-P-8XSG-P is a digital block remote I/O module within the BL compact series designed for multi-protocol support including EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, and PROFINET. It features a large housing made from fiberglass reinforced nylon with nickel-plated brass connectors. This remote I/O controller operates on a 24Vdc supply voltage and offers a connection setup through 16 x 3-pin M8 female connectors for I/O ports, 2 x 4-pin M12 female connectors for FIELDBUS, and 2 x 5-pin M12 connectors (male + female) for voltage supply. It provides an IP67 degree of protection and is suitable for surface mounting. The device supports communication speeds of 10Mbps and 100Mbps, can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to +70°C, and has dimensions of 168 mm in height, 44.5 mm in depth, and 71 mm in width. The connection capacity includes 16 ports with 16 x digital inputs (PNP), which can also be configured as 16DO digital outputs with a maximum of 500mA each.
