BIM-UNTK-AP7X Description

Turck BIM-UNTK-AP7X is a magnetic field cylinder position sensor/switch from the BIM-UNTK series designed for embedding in small hydraulic cylinders. This Permaprox cylinder sensor operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and features a polypropylene (PP) housing and sensing face, with a polyurethane (PUR) cable jacket. It comes pre-wired with a 2m (approximately 6.5ft) PUR cable terminated with bare end flying leads. The sensor has a T-groove body shape, offers an IP68 degree of protection, and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. It supports a maximum switching frequency of 300Hz and is designed for T-slot mounting. The BIM-UNTK-AP7X has one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; TTL-compatible) capable of handling a maximum current of 100mA, with a no-load current consumption of 10mA and a control circuit rated current of 100mA / 0.1 A. Its operating mode is normally open (NO).
