Turck BIM-UNT-AP6X-0.3-RS4T is a magnetic field cylinder position sensor/switch within the BIM-UNT series, designed as an embeddable Permaprox cylinder sensor. It operates on a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor features a PP (Polypropylene) housing and sensing face, along with a PUR (Polyurethane) cable jacket. It is pre-wired with a 30cm / 12" pigtail PUR cable that terminates with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector. The T-groove body shape allows for T-slot mounting, and it offers a degree of protection rated at IP68. The sensor's maximum switching frequency is 1kHz / 1000Hz, and it can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The cable length is 0.3 m, and it has one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 150mA max.). Its current consumption is 15mA under no-load conditions, and it includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity.
