Turck BIM-KST-AP6X-V1131 is a magnetic field cylinder position sensor/switch from the BIM-KST series. This sensor features a mounting strap strap-on cylinder embeddable Permaprox cylinder sensor design, suitable for a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is constructed with a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) housing and sensing face, ensuring durability. The sensor is pre-equipped with a 3-pin M8 Picofast male metal connector for connectivity. Its rectangular body is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. With an IP67 degree of protection, it is safeguarded against dust and water ingress. The BIM-KST-AP6X-V1131 operates at a maximum switching frequency of 1kHz / 1000Hz and includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) with a no-load current consumption of 15mA. It features protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity, with a control circuit rated current of 200mA / 0.2 A. The operating mode for this sensor is NO (Normally Open), and it utilizes a strap-on mounting mode for installation.
