BI2-EH6.5K-AP6X-V1131 Description

Turck BI2-EH6.5K-AP6X-V1131 is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-EH6.5 series, designed with a short barrel embeddable form. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and features a housing made from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel with a PA6.6 (Polyamide) sensing face. This sensor is equipped with a 3-pin M8 Picofast male metal connector for connection and has a 6.5mm diameter smooth short cylindrical/barrel shape, known as Picoprox. It offers an IP67 degree of protection against ingress, a maximum switching frequency of 3kHz, and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The response time is 8ms, and it includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 150mA max.) with a no-load current consumption of 15mA. The sensing distance is 2mm, and it is protected against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated for a current of 150mA, and the operating mode is NO (Normally Open).
