BI2-EG08-AZ14X Description

Turck BI2-EG08-AZ14X is an inductive proximity sensor/switch that falls under the BI...-EG08 series. This embeddable design sensor operates with a supply voltage range of 20-132Vac (24Vac / 48Vac / 120Vac nominal) and 10-140Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc /120Vdc nominal). It features a 1.4427 (316L) stainless steel housing, a sensing face and end cap made of PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide), and a cable jacket of PUR (Polyurethane). The sensor is connected via a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft PUR cable terminated with bare end flying leads. It has an M8 fully threaded barrel (Picoprox) shape, offers a degree of protection of IP67, and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The BI2-EG08-AZ14X has a maximum switching frequency of 20Hz, a sensing distance of 2mm, and a control circuit rated current of 100mA / 0.1 A. It features a single digital output (20-132Vac / 10-140Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire; 100mA max.) and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.

PULS UBC10.241 is an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) control module within the U-series, featuring a built-in battery with a 50% power reserve and a green status LED. Power dissipation/losses are 2.9W with a 24Vdc input at 0A output current and 5.5W at 10A output current. Ripple is maintained at 20mVpp across a frequency range of 20Hz to 20MHz at 50Ω. The electrical durability is rated at 137400 hours at 40°C with a 10A output and 24Vdc input, equivalent to 15 years or 131400 hours at both 40°C with a 5A output and 25°C with a 10A output.
