BI2-CRS959-ADZ30X2-B3131/S34 Turck Inductive Sensors

Turck BI2-CRS959-ADZ30X2-B3131/S34 is a sensor designed for position detection within the CRS series. It functions as an in-cylinder inductive position proximity sensor or switch, specifically crafted for high-pressure applications where embedding is required. This sensor operates with a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (with nominal values of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, 240Vac) and 10-300Vdc (with nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, 250Vdc). It features a 1.4305 (303) stainless steel housing and a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face. The connection is facilitated by a pre-equipped 3-pin 1/2"-20 UNF Microfast male connector. Its shape is a 12.7mm / 1/2" diameter smooth cylindrical/barrel body with a 95.9mm long probe. The sensor offers an IP67 degree of protection, can withstand pressures up to 103.4bar (1500psi), and has a maximum switching frequency of 10Hz. It is designed to operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The sensor includes 1 x digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire power MOSFET output; 400mA max.), with a sensing distance of 2mm. It also features protection functions including output short-circuit and overload protection (Latched SCP), with a control circuit rated current of 300-400mA / 0.3-0.4 A, and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
