BI10NF-S30-AP6X Turck Inductive Sensors

Turck BI10NF-S30-AP6X is an inductive proximity sensor designed for sensing non-ferrous metals only, suitable for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor is constructed with a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) housing and sensing face, an EPTR (Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer Rubber) end cap, and a PVC cable jacket. It features a pre-wired connection with a 2m / 6.5ft cable terminated with bare end flying leads. The sensor's shape is an M30 partially threaded barrel, offering a degree of protection rated at IP67. It has a maximum switching frequency of 2kHz / 2000Hz, an ambient air temperature operation range from 0°C to +60°C, and a response time of 8ms / 0.008 s. The sensor includes 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.), with a no-load current consumption of 15mA. Its sensing distance is 10mm, and it is equipped with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated for a current of 200mA / 0.2 A, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The thread size for mounting is M30.
