BI1-EH04-Y1-0.2-PSG3M Description

Turck BI1-EH04-Y1-0.2-PSG3M is an intrinsically-safe inductive proximity sensor from the BI...-EH04 series. This ATEX compliant, embeddable special version is designed without an LED indicator and features a supply voltage of 8.2Vdc. It is constructed with a 1.4427 (316L) stainless steel housing and a PA (Polyamide) sensing face. The sensor is equipped with a pre-wired 20cm / 8" pigtail cable that terminates with a 3-pin M8 Picofast threaded coupler nut male connector. Its shape is a 4mm diameter smooth cylindrical/barrel (Picoprox), and it offers a degree of protection of IP67. The sensor operates at a frequency of up to 5kHz / 5000Hz max. switching frequency and can function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. It includes 1 x digital output (8.2Vdc; NAMUR) and has a sensing distance of 1mm.

PULS UBC10.241 is an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) control module within the U-series, featuring a built-in battery with a 50% power reserve and a green status LED. The output voltage is regulated at 22.5Vdc in buffer mode with a 23Vdc turn-ON. The efficiency is rated at 0.978 with a 24Vdc input, and the rated power is 360W at 24Vdc and 240W/360W in buffer mode. Power dissipation/losses are 2.9W with a 24Vdc input at 0A output current and 5.5W at 10A output current. Ripple is maintained at 20mVpp across a frequency range of 20Hz to 20MHz at 50Ω. The electrical durability is rated at 137400 hours at 40°C with a 10A output and 24Vdc input, equivalent to 15 years or 131400 hours at both 40°C with a 5A output and 25°C with a 10A output.
