BCC10-S30-AP4X-H1141 Turck Capacitive Sensors

Turck BCC10-S30-AP4X-H1141 is a capacitive proximity sensor/switch belonging to the BC...-S30 series, designed with an ESD-immune feature for the detection of dry pellets and is embeddable. It operates on a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. The housing and sensing face are made of PA12-GF30, a glass fiber reinforced Polyamide, ensuring durability. This sensor is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for easy and secure connection. Its M30 partially threaded barrel shape allows for versatile installation options. With an IP67 degree of protection, it is well-suited for challenging environments. The sensor supports a maximum switching frequency of 100Hz and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. It features 1 x digital output (10-65Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.), with a no-load current consumption of 15mA and a sensing distance of 10mm. The sensor is protected against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity incidents. Its control circuit is rated at 200mA / 0.2 A, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
