BC20-CP40-FZ3X2/S10 Turck Capacitive Sensors

Turck BC20-CP40-FZ3X2/S10 is a capacitive proximity sensor belonging to the BC...-CP40 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates on a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (with nominal values of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, 240Vac) and 10-300Vdc (with nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, 250Vdc). The sensor and its sensing face are housed in PBT-GF30-V0, a glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate, ensuring durability. It features a pre-equipped wiring chamber with terminal block and a 1/2"-14 NPT entry for connections. The sensor has a rectangular body measuring H40mm x W40mm (Combiprox) with a terminal chamber, and it offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. It supports a maximum switching frequency of 20Hz and operates within a network frequency of 40-60 Hz. The ambient air temperature range for operation is between -25°C and +70°C. It includes 1 x digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire; 500mA max.), with a sensing distance of 20mm and a control circuit rated current of 500mA / 0.5 A. The operating mode can be programmed to either NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed).
