BC10-QF5.5-AP6X2 Turck Capacitive Sensors

Turck BC10-QF5.5-AP6X2 is a capacitive proximity sensor belonging to the BC...-QF5.5 series, designed with a Qpak housing for top-sensing and embeddable applications. It operates on a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor is constructed with a PP (Polypropylene) housing and sensing face, and features a PUR (Polyurethane) cable jacket. It comes pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft PUR cable terminated with bare end flying leads. The sensor has a 5.5mm thick rectangular body and offers an IP67 degree of protection. It supports a maximum switching frequency of 100Hz and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The sensor includes 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.), with a no-load current consumption of 15mA and a sensing distance of 10mm. It is equipped with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity, and has a control circuit rated current of 200mA / 0.2 A. The operating mode of the sensor is NO (Normally Open).
