Red Lion DA70A0G5C5C5P040 is a modular cellular router designed for DIN rail mounting with an IP30 degree of protection. This part of the FlexEdge DA70A Advance automation controllers sub-range features a configuration software that includes Web GUI and Crimson for easy setup, alongside networking software that supports Firewall, RADIUS authentication, Routing, NAT, IP Fallback, and VPN Client-Server functionalities. It also comes equipped with automation software offering over 300 drivers, IIoT connectors, OPC UEA, SQL Sync, data logging, Virtual HMI, and an advanced Web Server, as well as IEC Control software through Crimson Control. The design incorporates 3 sled slots for various connections: slot 1 and slot 2 each have 1 x RS-232 and 1 x RS-485, while slot 3 includes a J1939 port. Connection types are extensive, featuring 1 x RJ12 port (RS-232 serial port), 2 x RJ45 ports (RS-485 serial port), 2 x RJ45 ports (10/100BaseTX), 1 x USB type A and 1 x USB type B connectors, 1 x micro SD card port for additional I/O's, 2 x RJ12 (RS-232) + 2 x RJ45 (RS-485) isolated ports via 2 x media modules, and 1 x J1939 port via a media module. It operates on a supply voltage of 12-24Vdc and supports Ethernet, RS-485, and RS-232 communication protocols.
