Banner Engineering SLSCE30-1200Q5NT is a safety light curtain designed for hand detection with a resolution of 30mm, falling within the SLS series 14-30mm safety light curtains. This cascadable design features an aluminium housing with an acrylic lens and die-cast zinc end caps. It comes pre-equipped with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector for connectivity. The protective height is 1200mm, housed in a yellow-colored casing. It operates on a 24Vdc supply voltage and can function within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C. The device offers an IP65 degree of protection, with dimensions including a net width of 36mm, a net height of 1270mm, and a net depth of 46mm. The light curtain has a 30mm beam spacing/pitch and offers a sensing distance between 10cm and 18m. It emits infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 850 nm. The device includes 2 x digital outputs (24Vdc; 500mA; sourcing; redundant OSSD solid-state outputs) and 1 x digital input (10Vdc-30Vdc) for remote test input, with a response time of 23ms / 0.023 s.
