RP-RM83F-38LTE-86271 Banner Safety Switches

Banner Engineering RP-RM83F-38LTE-86271 is a heavy-duty rope-pull/grab-wire emergency stop switch designed for safety applications. This part of the RP-RM83F series features an emergency stop button, a turnbuckle for rope tension, and an auxiliary status output located on the right side. It is constructed with a die-cast Aluminium alloy housing and die-cast Zinc alloy actuator. The connection is facilitated through a wiring chamber, and it supports a maximum rope span of 37.5 meters. The switch includes 2NC (safety) and 2NO (auxiliary) contacts. It operates on a supply voltage range of 24Vac-230Vac (with 120Vac and 220Vac nominal) and 24Vdc, with rated currents of 6A at 120Vac (AC-15; 40-60Hz), 0.55A at 120Vdc (DC-13), 3A at 240Vac (AC-15; 40-60Hz), and 0.27A at 240Vdc (DC-13). The ambient air temperature range for operation is between -30 and +80 degrees Celsius. This switch is IP67 rated for protection and has a net width of 90 mm. It is designed to work with a rated voltage of 250Vac and uses the DeviceNet communication protocol.
